"They were very uncooperative. They had problems maintaining their balance and had a strong odor of alcohol. They were acting in a belligerent manner."

I guess these two were so excited after beating the Titans that they went out, got plastered, and jumped into a lady's car. Maybe they thought it was a taxi or something. Or maybe they were just so drunk that they had no clue what was going on. That's the kind of guy I would want on my professional sports team.
