So little (blog) work

Well, I've been lazier than normal. It sounds like a cop out but I've just been really tired lately. I'm used to working a straight 8 hour day with a 5 minute commute. Now, my commute is 30 minutes if I leave at 6:45am and up to an hour if I leave after 7am. It's rediculous.

I've got so much to talk about, but some of it is fleeing my memory. My going away party, which seems ages ago, was awesome. There were tons of people there to see me off, it was really nice. Plus, (you knew this was coming) there was tons of food there as well. I ate so much food that I didn't get sick or get a hangover from drinking an entire bottle of Southern Comfort. How about that??

Then there was my last hike in Montana (at least for a while), my friend Emily and I had a wonderful hike up Storm Castle. It was a perfect day to spend walking around and talking with a friend.

Then my long drive, broken up near the beginning by my stopover in Red Lodge. While there I saw a movie I had wanted to see, but in hind sight, shouldn't have wanted to see. It was "Sky Capitan and the World of Tomorrow". Technologically, it was pretty cool, the dialog was brutal.

While I've been back I haven't seen my friends very much. There are even a few I haven't had a chance to talk to yet.

I'm heading down to Chicago on Saturday morning. My parents close on their house down there next week and I'm going to be helping my mom pack up and get everything ready and done. It will be nice to have one last trip down there.

Well, that's the short, short version of what's going on. Hopefully I'll get on the ball soon. If you want a critique of my work so far, check out my dad's comment on my last post.

I Made It

I'm back in Minnesota and loving it, though I do miss Bozeman. It's a little colder here than in Montana, but it is definitely home. I've been really busy this week and have hardly had time to email anyone, so if you haven't heard from me, I'm sorry.

Work has been hectic but really cool. I'm really enjoying working with my mom and dad.

I'll be writing more when I finally get into a routine and some time starts popping up. Take care for now.
