Why a blog?

Why would I choose to waste the precious disk space of blogger.com? Well, because I can, for one reason. Another reason is probably the same as 80% of the newer bloggers out there: "This blogging thing seems pretty popular, I'm going to try it out".

Unfortunately one reason isn't because I'm going to have a ton of interesting stuff to say and want the whole world to revel in my wisdom and knowledge. Because one, I haven't got all that much wisdom and knowledge, and two, hardly anyone is going to read this thing.

So, I guess it's just a way to put my own thoughts up for myself. And that's good enough, right?

Oh, I guess another reason would be because my buddy Steve started a blog too, and well, I want to be just as cool/geeky as Steve.
